There will be six days of public holidays in the Kurdistan Region.
From Thursday, December 25, 2025, to Saturday, December 3, 2026, all institutions in the Kurdistan Region will be closed.
Meanwhile, service institutions will continue to operate on a duty basis.
The salary distribution process will continue during the holidays once the October salaries are available.
Official working hours will resume in all institutions of the Kurdistan Region on Sunday, December 4, 2026.
