In the second semester, Mrs . Savan , the principal of the school, gave important instructions to the Grade 9 students. She spoke especially to students who had received low marks and encouraged them to work harder to improve their academic performance. Mrs . There will be six days of public holidays in the Kurdistan Region. From Thursday, December 25, 2025, to Saturday, December 3, 2026 , all institutions in the Kurdistan Region will be closed. Meanwhile, service institutions will continue to operate on a duty basis. The salary distribution process will continue during the holidays once the October salaries are available. - Final Exam Schedule
Hawler 2 School announces that final exams will be held from 15/12/2025 to 24/12/2025. The below attached files are detailed schedules. Kindly note the followings: 1) The exams take place at 8:30 am to 10:30 am. 2) The students are required to bring their own materials needed for exam. 3) Please note that absent students can not retake the exam unless they provide a valid medical excuse approved by the Health Committee .

- Educational Supervisor’s Visit
On October 28, 2025 , the Educational Supervisor, Mr. Ahmad Abdulrahman Qadir, visited the school to closely observe the educational process and overall learning environment. He also visited the classrooms to monitor and evaluate the start of the 2025–2026 academic year.
- The Importance of Kurdish Language
Language is the most important means of communication and the exchange of information. On October 20, 2025, the principal of Mrs. Savan held a meeting with the Kurdish language teachers of our school, focusing on the fifth and eighth grades. During the meeting, the principal emphasized the significance of Kurdish language lessons and encouraged students to continue learning with greater dedication and attention. Following this, the Kurdish language teachers shared their opinions on the subject and discussed the challenges faced by students, as well as potential solutions to improve learning outcomes.
